Job description for Batching Plant Operator (BPO) at BRIK

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Mengoperasikan control panel batching plant (Commandbatch/PLC atau sistem sejenis).
Mengontrol penggunaan bahan baku beton sesuai mix design.
Memastikan proses pencampuran beton berjalan stabil dan sesuai standar kualitas.
Melakukan checklist dan pengecekan rutin peralatan (kompresor, pan mixer, bin, dll).
Membersihkan dan melakukan perawatan pan mixer secara rutin.
Mengoperasikan bin mixer dan sistem distribusi material.

Kualifikasi

Minimal lulusan SMA/SMK (jurusan Teknik Mesin, Teknik Elektro, atau setara lebih disukai).
Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun sebagai operator batching plant.
Memiliki motivasi kerja tinggi
Memiliki keinginan untuk terus belajar
Penempatan di Batching Plant Jabodetabek & Jawa Barat
