Job description for Bartender at Cavo Bar & Bistro Uluwatu
CAVO Bar & Bistro is looking for a passionate and experienced Bartender to join our kitchen team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bartender in a restaurant, hotel, or bar.
- Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and coffee preparation is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and team-oriented mindset
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Follow standard recipes and presentation.
- Provide friendly and professional service to guests.
- Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Check and refill bar supplies when needed.
- Operate the POS system and process payments accurately.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards.
- Assist with daily inventory and report low stock.
- Work closely with the service and kitchen teams.
- Report any equipment issues or guest complaints to the Bar Supervisor.
- Attend training and maintain product knowledge.
