The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, teas, and other specialty drinks, while maintaining a clean and organized bar area. This role involves interacting with customers to understand their preferences, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere, and working collaboratively with the kitchen and service staff to provide a seamless guest experience. The Bartender will also be expected to manage inventory, assist in training new staff, and contribute to the overall success of the café by upholding our commitment to excellence in every interaction.
We are looking for candidates who have completed SMA/SMK education and possess between 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Strong skills in Tea Art, Drink Preparation, and Beverage Shop Supervision are essential. While prior experience is valued, we also welcome those who demonstrate a genuine passion for the hospitality industry and a willingness to learn and grow within our team.
