Job description for Bartender at CHONTEA & Co.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and explain Chontea products (Matcha, Coffee, Tea) to customers
- Perform attractive and informative product presentations
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Achieve sales targets and earn attractive incentives
- Maintain good teamwork with baristas and outlet staff
- Learn and assist in basic barista tasks when required
- Serve customers and making menu
Requirements:
- Extroverted personality with strong communication skills
- Good English speaking ability
- Confident in public speaking and product presentation
- Willing to learn barista skills and beverage knowledge
- Target-oriented and motivated by high incentives
- Well-presented, neat grooming, and professional appearance
- Knowledge of coffee, tea, matcha, or barista skills is a plus
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Eager to grow, learn, and build a long-term career
- Willing to work across multiple outlets (Ubud, Seminyak, Kuta, Canggu, Jimbaran)
