## What We're Looking For
* Minimum **1 year of experience** as a Bartender in a restaurant, bar, beach club, or hotel.
* Strong knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and classic drink recipes.
* Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
* Friendly, energetic, and guest-focused personality.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
* Able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Well-groomed, professional appearance, and positive attitude.
* Willing to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
## Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards.
* Deliver outstanding guest service while creating a memorable bar experience.
* Ensure consistency in drink quality, presentation, and taste.
* Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area at all times.
* Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and minimize waste.
* Follow all food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service standards.
* Work closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
