Job description:
Bottega Italiana Bali is looking for experienced BARTENDERS to join our family. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Welcome customers to the bar, provide them with menus and recommendations on drinks. Take customers' orders accurately and efficiently. Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain inventory of bar supplies, including alcohol, mixers, and garnishes. Clean and maintain the bar area, including equipment and glasses. Handle cash and credit card transactions and maintain accurate records of sales. Ensure that customers are satisfied with their drinks and resolve any issues that arise. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude.
REQUIREMENTS: At least 2 years of experience as a bartender in a restaurant setting. Fluent in spoken English Extensive knowledge of different types of alcohol, cocktail recipes, and mixology techniques. Basic math skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
