Job description for Bartender at WET PLATE KITCHEN
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and individual guest preferences.
- Welcome guests at the bar, take drink orders, and offer knowledgeable menu recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area, glassware, and all equipment throughout the shift.
- Monitor bar stock levels and ingredients; communicate replenishment needs to the supervisor in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with waitstaff and kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely beverage delivery to tables.
- Follow responsible alcohol service standards and comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist in developing and suggesting new cocktail creations or seasonal drinks to enrich the menu.
- Perform bar opening and closing duties, including equipment checks, mise en place, and stock inventory reporting.
