Job description for Bartender at 3000 Group
Qualifications:
- Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bartender, Bar Staff, F&B Staff, or in a similar role within a bar, restaurant, lounge, hotel, or hospitality environment.
- Good understanding of basic bar operations, beverage preparation, glassware, bar equipment, and service procedures.
- Familiar with bar preparation and mise en place, including ingredients, garnishes, ice, glassware, and other bar essentials.
- Able to maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards of the bar area and equipment.
- Good physical stamina and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to support the Bartender and service team during operations.
- Friendly, energetic, responsible, and customer-oriented with a professional attitude.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and passionate about the hospitality and beverage industry.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Willing to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Experience in a premium bar, cocktail bar, hotel, or fine-dining environment is a plus.
