Job Description:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages according to company standards.
- Ensure the bar area is always clean, organized, and ready for service.
- Provide friendly, professional, and timely customer service.
- Create and develop new drink recipes based on customer preferences.
- Manage beverage stock and ensure the availability of ingredients.
- Follow all safety and hygiene regulations.
- Coordinate with other staff to ensure smooth bar operations.
Job Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a bartender or in a related field.
- Having barista experience is preferable.
- In-depth knowledge of various beverages mocktail, cocktail, etc.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Well-groomed appearance and personal hygiene.
- Mixologist or bartender certification (preferred).
- Willingness to work on a shift basis, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Placement: Bali United Cafe, Gianyar.
