Responsibilities;
Customer service
Mixing drinks
Mix ingredients like liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to make cocktails and other drinks
Serving drinks:
Serve wine, beer, and cocktails to customers
Handling payments:
Collect money for drinks and food, and process cash and credit card transactions
Maintaining the bar:
Clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment, and arrange supplies and glasses for display
Stocking supplies:
Stock the bar with beer, wine, liquor, ice, glassware, napkins, and straws
Preparing food:
Prepare appetizers, like pickles, cheese, and cold meats
Qualifications;
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to read and speak English proficiently
Basic mathematical skills
Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time
Knowledge of spirits, wine, champagne, and mixed cocktails
