Responsibilities :
Prepare and serve beverages in accordance with the restaurant’s standards and service procedures.
Develop a good understanding of the restaurant’s menu, ingredients, flavours, and cooking techniques to support beverage pairing.
Collaborate closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure beverages complement the overall dining experience.
Present and explain beverage pairings to guests in a clear and engaging manner.
Maintain a strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, non-alcoholic beverages, and other relevant beverage categories.
Assist in maintaining beverage quality, consistency, and presentation throughout service.
Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and proper stock levels of the bar and beverage area.
Support the team during service and contribute to a smooth and professional guest experience.
Stay updated on beverage trends, ingredients, techniques, and pairing concepts.
Requirements :
Previous experience as a Bartender, Mixologist, Beverage Specialist, or similar role.
Strong interest and knowledge in beverages and food pairing.
Good understanding of flavour profiles and the ability to identify complementary beverage combinations.
Excellent communication and guest service skills.
Comfortable explaining beverages and pairing recommendations to guests.
Passionate about hospitality, food, and beverage.
Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Good command of English.
Fine dining or high-end restaurant experience is a plus.
Experience with beverage pairing, tasting menus, or wine service is highly desirable.
