Job description for BARTENDER / MIXOLOGIST at Enso Bali
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
- Interact with guests, take orders, and provide personalized drink recommendations based on their preferences.
- Mix ingredients to craft both classic cocktails and innovative signature drinks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar environment at all times.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory, garnishes, and supplies.
- Process payments accurately and operate the POS system.
- Strictly adhere to all food and beverage safety, hygiene, and local alcohol regulations (including checking IDs for legal drinking age).
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Bartender or Mixologist in a reputable bar, hotel, or restaurant.
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, classic cocktail recipes, mixing techniques, and garnishing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a highly customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- High standard of personal hygiene and professional grooming.
- Fluent in spoken and written English (additional languages are a plus).
- A certification or diploma in Hospitality, Bartending, or Mixology is highly preferred.
