Job description for Bartender / Barista at Artisan Bali
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards.
- Take guest orders accurately using the POS system and handle payments professionally.
- Provide beverage recommendations and maintain good knowledge of wine, beer, and food pairing.
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of bar areas, glassware, equipment, and inventory.
- Support smooth bar and restaurant operations, including restocking supplies and assisting guests as needed.
- Follow company service standards and complete additional tasks assigned by management professionally.
Qualifications, Skills & Requirements:
- Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Have working knowledge of beer, wine and liquor and common drink recipes.
- Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a cash register.
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (in excess of 8 hours).
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 23 kg.
