Job description for Bartender & Barista at The Meno Beach House
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve quality alcoholic, non-alcoholic, and coffee-based beverages according to standards.
- Prepare classic cocktails and espresso-based coffee, including basic coffee art.
- Provide friendly and professional service while engaging confidently with guests.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar and coffee station.
- Monitor beverage stock, minimize waste, and ensure proper storage of supplies.
- Support the team and smooth daily restaurant operations when needed.
Requirements
- Willing to relocate in Gili Meno.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, with experience as both a Bartender and Barista.
- Able to operate a professional espresso machine and prepare quality coffee, including basic coffee art.
- Good knowledge of classic cocktails and coffee preparation.
- Spoken English with confident communication skills.
- Friendly, positive attitude and professional appearance.
