P-Coffee — part of Arga Kembul Bojana (a culinary group specializing in food & beverage development) — is getting ready to open soon in Semarang!
We’re putting together our dream team, and we’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as a Barista Crew.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards
Operate coffee machines and brewing equipment safely and efficiently
Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take customer orders accurately and handle payments using the POS system
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and customer areas
Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and surfaces regularly
Restock supplies and ingredients as needed throughout the shift
Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and inventory checks
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred
Knowledge of coffee and tea preparation techniques
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
High level of cleanliness and attention to detail
