The role of a Barista at TROPPO Coffee involves preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks and cakes. Key responsibilities include dialing in and creating consistent espresso based drinks,, and maintaining a clean and inviting environment. You will also assist in setting up the bar area, restocking supplies, and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly. Your ability to communicate effectively with customers and fellow staff members is crucial, as you will be the face of our establishment during peak hours. Time management skills are essential to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of orders.
We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic about joining our team and contributing to our growth. To apply, you must have completed your SMA/SMK education.
