Barista Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers, promote specials or new items, answer questions, and process orders and payments.
Prepare various beverages and serving items
Selling coffee and tea blends, brewing equipment
Cleaning and restocking, emptying trash and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
Stocking inventory.
Working as part of a fun, high-energy team.
Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Well Grooming
Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service preferred.
Willingness to learn about food and beverage preparation.
Exceptional listening and communication skills.
Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods.
Availability to work flexible hours, early mornings, weekends and holidays, and the occasional late night
