Barista / Coffee & Tea Specialist
We are looking for an experienced **Barista / Coffee & Tea Specialist** who is passionate about coffee and tea and enjoys providing excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily operations in the commercial area.
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and tea.
- Operate and maintain coffee and brewing equipment.
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all beverages.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Help manage stock and daily operational needs.
- Support sales by delivering a great customer experience.
Requirements
- Male or female.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Barista.
- Good knowledge of coffee, brewing methods, and tea.
- Able to prepare espresso-based drinks and manual brew coffee.
- Passionate about coffee and tea with a good sense of quality.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willing to work in shifts if required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a Head Barista or Coffee & Tea Specialist is an advantage.
- Barista or brewing certification is a plus.
