Position Overview
The Recovery Bar Specialist anchors the atmosphere of our recovery floor. This role blends service, pacing, and precision — crafting our signature cooler drinks, preparing recovery amenities, and maintaining the calm, elevated vibe the space is known for. You are the touchpoint that makes the recovery flow feel grounded, smooth, and premium.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve our cooler drinks, teas, and recovery beverages with consistency and refined presentation.
- Set the tone of the recovery area — calm, intentional, culturally aligned with the Clubhouse identity.
- Offer members cold towels, hydration, and small recovery touches without waiting to be asked.
- Restock daybeds, towels, teas, coolers, and all amenities with high attention to detail.
- Keep the bar area clean, organized, and visually aligned with the space’s design standards at all times.
- Maintain the rhythm of the room: adjust lighting, scent, and playlist volume when needed.
- Work closely with the recovery team to manage flow during peak periods.
- Assist with member questions or needs discreetly, keeping the experience seamless.
- Support basic inventory tracking (cooler ingredients, teas, towels, ice, glassware, etc.).
- Communicate with front desk and wellness staff to ensure transitions between recovery and training areas feel effortless.
Requirements
- Can do Mixologist would be an advantage
- Experience in hospitality, wellness, café/bar service, or spa environments preferred.
- Comfortable preparing beverages with consistency and care (training provided).
- Strong English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- High attention to detail and a natural sense of atmosphere.
- Polished grooming and a composed, service-driven presence.
- Ability to maintain calm and clarity even during busy periods.
