Qualifications
- Previous experience in a café or coffee shop
- Willing to learn matcha preparation and Japanese tea service
- Available to work 6 days a week, including weekends
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Neat, well groomed and hygienic
- Responsible and detail-oriented behind the bar
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced café environment
- Basic understanding of matcha is a plus
- Able to start immediately
