BARISTA:

Pendidikan min. SMA/SMK Sederajat.
Pengalaman >1 th sebagai barista (sertifikat barista menjadi nilai plus).
Menguasai basic knowledge kopi (espresso, man brew, v60, steaming milk.
Wajib bisa latte art.
Paham kalibrasi grinder, dial-in espresso & menjaga konsistensi rasa.
Paham basic mixology & mocktail.
Ramah, cekatan melayani pelanggan, bisa upselling & menjelaskan menu.
Siap kerja shift/weekend/public holiday.
