Job description for Barista at Warung Local
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, non-coffee beverages, and alcoholic drinks according to established recipes, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Operate espresso machines and other bar equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area and all equipment.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct stock counts, and ensure the availability of bar ingredients and supplies.
- Provide friendly, prompt, and professional service to guests.
- Maintain consistent beverage quality, taste, presentation, and portion standards.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and applicable procedures.
- Coordinate with the Service and Kitchen teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of espresso preparation and latte art is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of alcoholic beverage preparation and service is an advantage.
- Well-groomed, with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Customer-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Domicile in Bali.
- Placement at Uluwatu, Bali.
