Job description for Barista at Moos

Kualifikasi :

- Pendidikan min. SMA/SMK (diutamakan perhotelan/F&B);

- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai barista (nilai plus);

- Memahami dasar pembuatan kopi (espresso, manual brew, dll);

- Berpenampilan rapi dan bersih;

- Komunikatif, ramah, dan customer-oriented;

- Mampu bekerja dalam tim maupun individu;

- Bersedia bekerja shift, weekend, dan hari libur;

- Jujur, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

- Menyiapkan dan menyajikan minuman (coffee & non-coffee) sesuai standar;

- Mengoperasikan mesin kopi (espresso machine, grinder, dll);

- Menjaga kualitas rasa dan tampilan minuman;

- Melayani pelanggan dengan ramah dan cepat;

- Menjaga kebersihan area bar dan peralatan;

- Melakukan pengecekan stok bahan baku;

- Membantu upselling menu kepada pelanggan;

- Mengikuti SOP dan standar kebersihan (hygiene & sanitation).
