Job Description
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards and recipes.
- Greet customers warmly, provide excellent customer service, and assist with menu recommendations.
- Take customer orders accurately and process transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Ensure beverages and food items are prepared and served efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, dining area, and workstations at all times.
- Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, ingredients, and operational supplies, and report shortages when necessary.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in daily operations.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and courteously.
- Support daily outlet operations and collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Assist in opening and closing duties, including equipment setup, cleaning, cash handling, and outlet preparation.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Food & Beverage industry, preferably as a Barista or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, espresso-based beverages, and basic latte art is preferred.
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Passion for coffee, hospitality, and creating exceptional customer experiences.
- Well-groomed, disciplined, honest, and responsible.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic English communication skills are an advantage.
