Job description for Barista at Olli Baked Goods
Main Responsibilities:
• Prep and assemble beverages including coffee, tea, and non-caffeinated beverages
• Assemble orders for pick up
• Reheat, plate, and package bakery items
• Maintain cleanliness in dining rooms
• Maintain appearance and interact with customers
• Knowledge of food safety, storage, and handling
• Maintain quality standards in the barista area
• Clean beverage appliances and barista area
• Work quickly and efficiently
• Assist cashier/manager in front of house if needed
Skill Requirements & Qualifications:
• Indonesian citizen, no criminal record
• Able to work early morning, nights, and/or holidays
• Must be able to lift 20kg safely and effectively
• Must be able to stand on feet for extended periods of time
• Good understanding and conversational in English
Preferred:
• Previous work experience in F&B establishment/café/bakery
• Knowledge of food safety, food storage, and food allergens
Key Performance Indicators:
• Attendance and tardiness
• Reviews based on speed of service, drink quality, and customer service
• Average time to complete drink orders
• Food cost and food waste percentage/totals
• Table turnover speed
