WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO...
*Has a positive attitude & a team-player mindset
*Is passionate about coffee, service, or hospitality
*Learns fast and pays attention to detail
*Has experience in a coffee shop or is excited to be trained (fresh grads welcome!)
*Is available to work shifts, including weekends
BARISTA JOB DESK:
- Prepare espresso, manual brew, and other coffee-based drinks following Blackcrop’s SOP
- Dial in espresso and maintain quality throughout the day
- Provide warm and friendly service to customers
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area & coffee equipment
- Assist with opening/closing duties
- Contribute ideas to seasonal menus and coffee innovation
