General Qualifications

• Minimum high school graduate or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Barista is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of coffee, beverages, and bar operations.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, neat, and well-groomed appearance.
• Honest, disciplined, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
