We are looking for a enthusiastic Barista to join our beverage team, focusing on crafting innovative tea and lemonade-based drinks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages and maintaining high standards in presentation, consistency, and guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve specialty tea and lemonade-based beverages according to house recipes.
- Assist in experimenting with new drink concepts and seasonal menu changes.
- Ensure consistency and quality in every drink, maintaining excellent presentation standards.
- Keep the bar area clean, organised, and stocked with necessary ingredients.
- Follow all hygiene and safety regulations related to beverage preparation and service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista, Bartender, or in a beverage-focused role.
- Enthusiasm for tea, natural infusions, and unique flavour combinations.
- Strong knowledge of brewing techniques, presentation, and drink aesthetics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
