- Melakukan pengecekan peralatan dan bahan baku operasional
- Melakukan pengoderan barang ke production & ke supplier
- Melakukan Inventory daily bar, Inventory daily dessert, Inventory monthly utensil & equipment, Inventory monthly merchandise.
- Memahami SOP dessert
- Memahami SOP based or WIP bar
- Memahami SOP minuman Bar
- Melakukan general cleaning mingguan & bulanan
- Menerima barang datang sesuai SOP yang benar
- Melakukan pengisian spoiled & wasted form
- Melakukan perawatan dan membersihkan all utensil dan Equipment (chiler, all grinder, mesin espresso, dish washing,freezer dll)
- Melakukan Pengoderan utensil dan equipment untuk tambahan operasional.
