We are looking for a passionate Barista who has a strong interest in coffee and wants to grow in a professional coffee shop and roastery environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista.
- Strong English communication skills
- Strong knowledge of coffee and brewing methods.
- Understanding of coffee beans, roasting, and basic coffee processing.
- Able to prepare espresso-based and manual brew coffee.
- Able to maintain consistency in coffee quality, taste, and presentation.
- Good knowledge of coffee equipment and proper maintenance.
- Passionate about learning and developing coffee skills.
- Friendly, communicative, and able to engage with guests.
- Good teamwork and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Indonesian citizen and domiciled in Bali.
Responsibilities:
