WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Prepare coffee, juice, and smoothies according to our client standards.
- Manage stock-taking and inventory processes for the bar area.
- Maintain and take care of bar equipment.
- Provide friendly service and genuine hospitality to every guest.
- Collaborate with the bar, service, and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Currently residing in Bali or willing to relocate
- Solid barista skills, including coffee, juices, smoothies, and brewing techniques.
- Warm, confident, and guest-focused personality.
- A strong team player with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and energetic environment.
- Interest in the hospitality industry; a background in fitness or combat sports is a plus.
