Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare and serve high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages strictly adhering to standard recipes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area at all times.
- Manage bar inventory, track supplies, and report shortages to management.
- Comply with all food and beverage safety, health, and quality regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of proven experience as a Bartender in a high-volume bar, restaurant, or hotel.
- Strong knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving a wide range of drinks (cocktails, mocktails, beers, and wines).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Domicile in Bali
