Job Overview
Do you love coffee and enjoy creating great experiences for customers?
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Barista to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing quality beverages, providing excellent customer service and maintaining smooth daily coffee bar operations. No previous barista experience is required, as long as you have a passionate for coffee, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn!
What You Will Do
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages and other menu items according to company standards
- Operate coffee machines and other bar equipment properly
- Ensure consistent beverage quality, taste and presentation
- Provide friendly and professiol customer service
- Take customer orders and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar
- Clean and maintain all equipment and utensils
- Assist with daily stock checks and inventory management
- Follow company SOPs, food safety and hygiene standards
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
What We Are Looking For
- Basic English communication skills
- Passion for coffee and the hospitality industry
- Good communication and cutomer-service skills
- Friendly, positive and well-presented personality
- WIllingness to learn and develop new skills
- Responsible, punctual and detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous barista experience is an advantage but not mandatory

- Basic Salary : IDR 4.000.000

- The initial employment period will be under a 1-year Fixed-Term Employment Contract (PKWT). Further employment will be determined based on performance evaluation.
