1. Beverage Preparation
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
2. Customer Service
Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service.
Take orders accurately and assist customers with menu recommendations.
3. Cleanliness & Hygiene
Maintain cleanliness of the bar, coffee machine, equipment, and work area.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
4. Stock Management
Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
Report shortages and assist with stock replenishment.
5. Cash Handling
Process customer payments accurately.
Handle cash and POS transactions responsibly.
6. Equipment Maintenance
Perform daily cleaning and basic maintenance of coffee machines and grinders.
Report any equipment issues to management.
7. Teamwork
Support colleagues during busy periods.
Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
8. Product Knowledge
Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and promotions.
Continuously improve coffee-making skills and product expertise.
