BARISTA – JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and other menu items according to company standards.
* Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other bar equipment properly.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and work area.
* Provide friendly and professional service to customers.
* Take customer orders and ensure order accuracy.
* Handle cash and payment transactions when required.
* Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
* Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
* Work effectively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Perform other duties related to café operations as assigned.
Requirements:
* willing to be placed in Brawa Canggu
* strong communication in english
* Previous experience as a Barista is preferred.
* Good communication and customer service skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
