Job description for Barista at PT. Prestasi Tanpa Batas
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages according to café recipes and standards.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment.
- Ensure proper brewing methods, coffee grind settings, and milk frothing techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the preparation area and equipment.
- Assist in restocking coffee beans, milk, and other ingredients.
- Carry out transaction processes efficiently and accurately, including calculating total purchases, providing change, and printing receipts.
Requirements :
- Previous experience as a barista and/or cashier is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and café operations.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
