We are opening opportunities for Baristas to join our partner in the Maldives!
Qualifications:
- Minimum Senior High School graduate (SMA or equivalent)
- Able to work in the Maldives
- Good English communication skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a café environment
- Knowledge of coffee preparation, brewing methods, and beverage presentation
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to communicate and interact with customers, team members, and other departments
- Able to remain calm and professional under pressure
Terms & Conditions:
- Tickets, visa, accommodation, meals, and health insurance provided
- Contract period: 1–2 years
- Work location: Maldives
- Salary + Service Charge/Bonus (Based on Occupancy or Performance)
