Barista (Specialty Coffee)

Requirements:

• Fluent in English is preferred
• Strong in Coffee Knowledge!
• Have Related Coffee Certification is a plus !
• Have experience in coffee competitions is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and resolve issues efficiently.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations and quality standards.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as required.

Key Responsible :

• Manage day to day cafe operation to ensure smooth & efficient services
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and café policies
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and feedback
• Handle staff schedule, daily inventory, ordering.
• Manage & lead staff, provide training & maintain a safe work environment for the team
• Able to make quick and effective decisions to overcome operational problems
• Have strong communication skills to interact with teams, customers, and stakeholders
• Develop & implement innovative strategies to improve sales & profitability
