The Barista Latte Art will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages, including lattes, cappuccinos, and other specialty drinks. This position requires a strong understanding of coffee preparation techniques and the ability to create visually appealing latte art. The ideal candidate will interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience for every guest. They will also assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, support the kitchen team when needed, and contribute to the overall smooth operation of the café. Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for coffee are essential for success in this role.

Candidates must have completed SMA/SMK education and possess between 1 and 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role. A strong foundation in customer service, teamwork, and public speaking is required, as well as proficiency in English to effectively communicate with a diverse range of guests. Experience in tea art, latte art, and coffee shop operations is a plus. Candidates should also demonstrate excellent time management skills and a genuine interest in the hospitality industry.
