Barista – Server (FOH)

🎯 Tanggung Jawab

Menyiapkan dan menyajikan minuman sesuai SOP & standar rasa Portobello

Melayani tamu dengan ramah, komunikatif, dan profesional

Menjelaskan menu minuman & melakukan upselling

Menjaga kebersihan area bar & FOH

Mencapai target penjualan minuman (top line FOH)

✅ Kualifikasi

Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Barista / Barista Server

Terbiasa bekerja di FOH (customer-facing)

Menguasai basic coffee & non-coffee beverage

Komunikatif, rapi, dan percaya diri melayani tamu

Siap bekerja dengan target minuman & sistem shift

Disiplin, bertanggung jawab, dan mau berkembang
