- Good looking, rapi, dan memiliki grooming yang baik

- Pengalaman kerja di corporate / hospitality / café menjadi nilai tambah

- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Barista

- Memahami basic coffee & tea

- Mampu melakukan coffee calibration dan memahami dasar espresso

- Menguasai latte art menjadi nilai tambah

- Memahami manual brew menjadi nilai tambah

- Belum menguasai V60 tetap dapat melamar, namun wajib memiliki kemauan belajar

- Memiliki kemampuan minimal calibration

- Menyiapkan dan menyajikan coffee & tea sesuai standar

- Melakukan calibration dan menjaga konsistensi rasa

- Menyiapkan espresso, manual brew, dan latte art

- Menjaga kebersihan area bar dan peralatan
