Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, matcha, smoothies and wellness drinks.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service to every guest.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the café at all times.
- Operate the POS system and process customer orders and payments.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Promote café products and contribute to an exceptional LUME member experience.
