Job description for Barista Coffee at Gastro F&B Consulting
Key Responsibility :
- Clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment
- Stock bar and supplies such as ice, glassware, napkins, or straws
- Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons
- Clean bars, work areas, and tables
- Arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive displays
- Perfect our existing QA controls to ensure quality and consistency in every batch of roasted coffee, maintaining Quality Assurance promise to our customers.
- Monitor and maintain roasting equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
Requirements:
- Age maximum 30 years old
- Experience minimum 1 year as a Bartender/ roaster
- Education minimum Vocational School preferably from hospitality
- Good attitude and communication skill
- Well groomed and Presentable
- Understanding of quality control procedures and roasting
- Willing to be placed in Head Office in Serpong Tangerang
