* Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK sederajat.

* Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Barista minimal 2 tahun.

* Memahami dan mampu mengoperasikan mesin kopi (espresso machine), grinder, dan peralatan pendukung lainnya.

* Memiliki pengetahuan mengenai jenis-jenis kopi, karakteristik biji kopi, serta metode penyeduhan dasar.
