Bar Support ā Job Description
* Assist bartenders in preparing and organizing bar operational needs before, during, and after service hours.
* Refill ice, garnishes, glassware, beverages, and other bar supplies to ensure smooth operations.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area, including bar counters, tools, equipment, and storage areas.
* Support stock arrangement and inventory checking of beverages, mixers, and bar equipment.
* Help with receiving and storing beverage supplies according to company standards and FIFO procedures.
* Collect and wash glassware, bar utensils, and equipment promptly during operations.
* Ensure all bar equipment is properly maintained and ready for use.
* Assist the bartender in delivering fast, efficient, and friendly service to guests.
* Support opening and closing bar procedures based on operational standards.
* Work closely with the service and operational team to maintain smooth bar operations during busy hours.
