1. Operasional & Pelayanan
Memastikan kelancaran operasional bar dari pembukaan hingga penutupan.Memantau standar penyajian dan kualitas minuman agar sesuai dengan resep dan SOP.Menangani keluhan atau permintaan khusus dari pelanggan untuk memastikan kepuasan tamu

2.Manajemen TimMembuat jadwal shift dan mengatur penempatan tugas kru (bartender/barista).Memimpin briefing sebelum operasional dimulai dan memotivasi tim

3.Kebersihan & KepatuhanMemastikan area bar selalu dalam keadaan bersih, higienis, dan rapi.Memastikan seluruh staf mematuhi regulasi kesehatan, keselamatan, dan perizinan minuman beralkohol
