Responsibilities
Supervise daily bar operations and ensure excellent guest service.
Lead, train, and motivate the bar team.
Maintain high standards of beverage quality, hygiene, and cleanliness.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and minimize wastage.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and food safety standards.
Handle customer feedback professionally.
Coordinate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bar Supervisor, Senior Bartender, or similar role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage service.
Experience in stock control and inventory management.
Fluent in English (spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts.
Willing to be placed in Sanur, Bali.
