BAR MANAGER

Strong in inventory, COGS, costing, purchasing, stock control, scheduling, reporting, and maintaining an organized operation.

Energetic, approachable, communicative, and able to create positive vibes within the team.
4. STRONG BEVERAGE KNOWLEDGE & ABILITY
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, coffee, recipes, preparation, presentation, costing, and overall bar operations.
5. SHIFT & WORKING HOURS
* Morning: 10:00-17:00 WITA
* Evening: 17:00-00:00 WITA
* Night: 00:00-06:00 WITA
* 6-7 hours working/day
* 1 day off/week
WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Lead the entire Bar operation.
* Lead by example and be hands on with the team.
* Create schedules and manage daily manpower.
* Train, coach, and develop the Bar team.
* Maintain beverage quality and consistency.
* Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and SOP standards.
* Manage inventory, COGS, purchasing, wastage, and stock variance.
* Maintain recipes, costing, and portion control.
* Monitor daily Bar performance and reports.
* Coordinate closely with Floor & Kitchen teams.
* Solve operational problems quickly and effectively.
* Develop and improve beverage menus and service standards.
REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum 2 years as a Bar Manager OR 3 years as a Bar Supervisor.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Detail-oriented and highly organized.
* Professional, disciplined, and solution-oriented.
* Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Fluent in English.
* Currently living in Bali [MANDATORY]
* Ready to work in a high-performance environment.
