Job description for Bar & Outlet Manager at Enso Bali
We are looking for an energetic, dynamic, and experienced Bar & Outlet Manager to oversee our vibrant establishment, which features a Cafe, Rooftop Bar, and Lobby Lounge.

Key Responsibilities:
- Overall Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Cafe, Rooftop Bar, and Lobby Lounge, ensuring seamless coordination between the front-of-house, kitchen, and bar teams.
- Bar & Beverage Management: Manage bar operations, including inventory control, stock management, pricing strategies, and developing innovative signature drink menus (cocktails, mocktails, etc.) tailored to our venue's concept.
- Financial & Cost Control: Monitor outlet performance, manage cost-of-goods-sold (COGS) and labor costs, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Service Standards & Hospitality: Establish and maintain high service standards across all three areas—from casual daytime cafe service to upscale nightlife/lounge experiences.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor floor staff, bartenders, and supervisors. Foster a positive and high-performing work culture.
- Guest Relations: Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Event Management: Coordinate with management and marketing teams for special events, live music, or private parties hosted at the rooftop or lounge.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of managerial experience in a bar, upscale lounge, hotel F&B department, or lifestyle dining venue.
- Skills: Strong expertise in mixology, beverage knowledge (spirits, wines, beers), and F&B financial management (inventory, P&L, cost control).
- Leadership: Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Language: Fluent in English (both written and spoken); knowing additional languages is a plus.
- Flexibility: Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and night hours as required by the nature of the business.
