Job description for Bar Admin at Izzy Group
Izzy Social Club is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Bar Admin to support our bar operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, a good understanding of spirits and beverages, and the ability to work closely with the bar team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain bar-related administrative documents and records.
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, and daily usage reports.
- Assist with purchasing requests and coordinate with suppliers when needed.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly bar reports.
- Ensure accurate data entry and documentation of stock transfers, wastage, and inventory counts.
- Support menu updates and maintain beverage product information.
- Work closely with the Bar Manager and operational team to ensure smooth bar operations.
- Maintain knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, cocktails, and other beverage products.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Bar Administration, Inventory Control, or a related role.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Good understanding of spirits, wines, beers, cocktails, and beverage products.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to manage data accurately.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in F&B, hospitality, or nightlife venues is preferred.
